Brilliant! So easy to order and collected. Trolley was waiting with everything on it so super easy to take to the car.

After ordering on line to do a click & collect i traveled 40 mins drive to come to collect my items from Bodmin homebase. When i approached customer service desk the lady who was on the desk didn't even greet me as a customer or even smiled😁. I really wish I had not bothered with bringing my custom to this store if that's how the staff is trained to treat customers these days.

Arrived very fast! Already for pick up! Excellent service!

When we were shopping in the Bodmin branch, Paul was exceptionally helpful, not only did he give us the information we were looking for, but also ordered the product that we wanted on line. Everything done for us, that is what I call customer services with a smile.

No issues from start to finish

I'm re doing my back room, needed a few tools and bits and bobs. some things I couldn't find. A very friendly and really helpful staff member helped me I think her name was Jo. she took the time to show me where everything was nothing was a bother to her. Wish more places have staff like this such an asset. Good prices too on most things I wanted not bad for Bodmin :)

The staff member(female) was very helpful in attempting to get a new lawnmower in a box into my car. Unfortunately it would not fit, in spite of all her attempts. And we shall order it for delivery online.

My husband rang to check availability of a particular floor tile . The staff member took the time to go and check the shelf . As there was only one box he offered to put them to one side , informing him, the box was damaged. When we arrived at store , the chap at customers service remembered speaking to my husband - he was pleasant and helpful, taking time to check everything was ok , great customer service

Ordered click and collect at 8.00 am and items ready for collection by 9.30 am. Staff very friendly and efficient. Thank you

Fantastic polite service

We were looking to purchase a lawnmower and it was very close to closing time this Sunday. Jo at Homebase, Bodmin went out of her way today to help us with product knowledge. Once we had decided on the model, we established it was £24 more expensive than at Wicks. Although she pointed out that it wasn’t store policy she very kindly matched the price for us to the same as Wicks. She helped us with carrying the item and we were absolutely delighted with the excellent service received. Thank-you!
