Very easy and convenient
Easy, straightforward way to order and collect garden supplies in our own time. Minimal wait even on a bank holiday Saturday. Staff always very helpful.

Great Customer Service
Went into Homebase for some , paint , cement and Turf . Kevin called me when the Turf was back in stock and put it aside for me . Over all made my shopping experience , easy and enjoyable. Thank you so much , great customer service . Bishop’s Stortford Branch .

Very helpful Kevin!
Despite having received a message to say my Click and Collect order was ready for collection it wasn’t.However, Kevin was really helpful and pushed my order to my car and then placed the heavy bags in the boot for me .Excellent service and he was very cheerful too.

Ricky (Ricardo) was so helpful in locating two items for me on a busy Saturday morning. He even went out of his way to check with another staff member and found what I was looking for. Polite, considerate and attentive. True asset to the team at Bishop Stortford’s Homebase.

Amelia was serving. Looked after my shopping while I went to get something else and offered help taking my purchases to my car. Very polite and friendly too. The guy that carried my purchases to my car took extra care not to get my car dirty.
