Everything in the store is well laid out and clearly priced....including discounts.
We made our choice quite quickly and went to Customer service desk as we wanted to arrange delivery.
We were greeted by Teresa with a smile, She was really helpful and answered the few queries that we had. Both items were in stock and we agreed on a delivery date. Teresa was very cheerful and polite throughout.

Superb customer service!! Angela went above & beyond today it was a real pleasure to shop there.

I would really like to say how helpful Emerson was in your Sutton Coldfield store. He went out of his way to help me and when the store didn’t stock what I needed he actually found somewhere that did. So friendly and super helpful.

We bought 2 bedside cupboards and found 1 part was incorrect. We live a very long way to a store that had the part we needed so we drilled the holes in ourselves. Very dissapointed with our order and would like someone to look into it.

Was sent a text saying my order is ready for collection, arrived at the store out of 7 items only one item was picked and had to wait over 20mins to receive the items. I’m pretty sure would’ve been lot sooner if I hadn’t gone through the trouble of click and collect and picked the items up myself

Homebase has some great products at a reasonable price. I love their garden section spoiled for choice on flowers and pots, would highly recommend.

Says 25% off plant pots and plants but when I got to the till there was no 25% off when I asked the guy on the till he said it’s already taken off. S o why bother putting signs up saying 25% off no need for the signs it’s false advertising to me . The plant pots I bought 2 each were £16.50 each , my sister bought the same one a few months ago she paid £16.50 there were no signs saying 25% off then ???

Brought my 90 year old Dad to the Garden Section of Homebase. Angela helped us with Dad's purchases. She was professional, helpful, friendly and very patient with my Dad. Thank you Angela, we will definitely shop here again
