Excellent service - Ordered garden furniture and were supported by the staff and store manager Jason who looked after us and were efficient.

Great table and chairs thank you.

I urgently needed to get some lawnmower batteries before the bank holiday weekend. I placed an order on the website and selected pickup from store. As the website said, you can pick up within an hour. I placed the order on Friday. I waited until Saturday for confirmation. On Saturday I called customer service and they told me that the order was still being processed and that if they found out anything they would email me. Someone just got a voicemail saying that my order had been cancelled. It's Tuesday. Now I need to wait for my money another 5 days. Of course the job planned for the bank holiday weekend is not done. Horrible experience.

Ordered online ok, showing plenty of stock. Arrive at store my order was less 2 boxes with 2 to be refunded. I looked myself on shelf found another box of tiles. Then only had 1 missing from order. Hopefully I will have enough to complete job. Overall though good.

Absolutely awful customer service, waited too long to collect a click and collect order, staff are slow and don't seem to have a clue what's going on.
Ordered online where it said there was enough in stock only to receive a call in the morning to say there wasn't enough for my order so they have cancelled.
Staff were not helpful, and seem to be doing everything else but serving customers, alot of dithering around (Click and collect desk)
Will not hurry to order from the Sutton Coldfield store again.

Went to collection person on there was quite rude showed my text and card I paid for the order didn’t seem to have a clue what they were doing very unpleasant embarrassing experience

I visited Homebase New Oscott, Sutton Coldfield in April with my daughter who wanted to purchase a new kitchen. An appointment was made with Deborah. She was helpful and listened to all of my daughters rquirements. She gave us her profesional advise and designed a kitchen suitable for my daughers needs. She helped with choice of kitchen based on budget, choice of colours , appliances and the overall result was exactly what my daughter had in mind. The kitchen has now been fitted and is not only beautiful but practical and a great place to cook, eat, socialise and relax. We would like to thank Deborah for everything she did to help my daughter create a perfect kitchen. She is a true ambasador for your store.

The staff are wonderful there. Very welcoming and very helpful. Highly recommend homebase. Always buy my plants from there. They are all very nice. Staff like these need to be recognised for the work and help they do for the company and for the customers.

They keep In touch to let me know when they were ready to deliver and it arrived quickly

Great customer service from Liz when picking up click and collect order.

Excellent customer service received. Liz contacted me to advise that my order had arrived, but would not be ready for collection until the following day and that she didn't want me to have a wasted trip. Liz called following day am to confirm order was ready for collection and thanked me for understanding. Liz was most polite and helpful of which I was so very grateful.

Great help from Callum today. Mixed paint for me and advised on other painting issues. He really represented Homebade Sutton Coldfield in a very professional manner. Many thanks. Liz was also helpful

Went to Homebase Sutton Coldfield today to purchase 2 tins of paint that would be mixed in store.
Served by Maria who gave excellent customer service which included tips on using the paint and other information related to the products.
Friendly, professional and a good ambassador for the store.

No staff to ask around the shop floor to ask questions to, got to the till where there was 2staff members at one till , asked a staff member where a product was only said where the product would be if we had them no help at all , then lady at the till noticed a tare in a mat that I was purchasing and said do u still want it , I said I wanted another one , she asked me if there was anymore ,I said yes there was and it left like that, know offer to get it for me get it so I left without it. No customer service at all , she offered me a sweet for compensation.

We arrived as store was closing but helpful staff kept going so we could collect our order

Really slow in store had lots of questions about my order , people had been asked to go to click and collect till because there was only one till on so people who had gone to collect their orders had to wait behind other people. Parts missing from items so got to go back 🥱

OnSunday August 11th I had excellent customer service from Helen. She did her best to solve 2 cancelled orders (due to technical problems apparently from the carriers) which resulted in the item no longer being available! However, she organised a satisfactory refund very quickly and deserves credit for her professional and friendly manner dealing with a complicated situation.

Products good and very competitively priced. Excellent service delivered very promptly.
