In several sites I have found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful.
Website often offers discounts so it’s worth ordering online and then collecting 👍

Bought loads of bags of compost Brian was amazing, even loaded all the 50L bags into my vehicle. Staff was very helpful in getting my order together and offered great advice.

I was being helped by a lovely lady called Sheridan as I was donating some books for the macmillan book stall and also purchasing some items when another worker (grey short curly hair moody looking) was giving me dirty looks and rushing Sheridan along. I only 3 minutes of her time and there were no other customers waiting at this time.

What a lovely young lady on the click and collect. Friendly and excellent customer service, despite it being so busy and I think she was fairly new and learning the processes. She sadly looked a little teary as I was leaving as out of 5 people in her queue only one had a straightforward request. You could see she desperately wanted to help and not put on her colleagues. I just really hope all her colleagues are kind and understanding whilst she learns the ropes.
A little note to her: you are lovely and everyone has to start somewhere, you'll soon be super knowledgeable and confident, so please don't worry about asking for help or advice.

Quick and easy click and collect and all ready for me when I picked up the order.

Despite their website claiming they open half an hour earlier on a Sunday(selly oak) and also the ai bot it seems the store does not know this. Told it was google who I should complain to.

I collected my Click and collect order which was ready on a trolley I the roller blind and four paving slabs in the car.I returned in the store to collect four more of the same paving slabs which were on a reduced price.I am delighted with prices and quality of the products I bought and the staff were very friendly and helpful .

We’ve been back and forth to Homebase Selly Oak sorting paint out for our decoration project. The staff here have been so helpful. They always seem to go the extra yard to help. Unusual in a store to get such service. Keep it up … brilliant service.

Easy to click and collect but had to go in the next day as I hadn’t had a receipt for the item which I needed for the warranty. The order hadn’t been closed down on the system so no receipt generated, however I have it now.

I made an enquiry to check that my product was in stock. The young woman assistant on the phone was polite, helpful and I was contacted shortly afterwards to pick up my goods. A pleasant and efficient experience.
