The online platform is easy to order from and relatively quick.
My preference would always be to buy from a Homebase store but sadly the colour choice of farrow and ball paint is extremely limited

Order ready promptly, ready and eating when I got to the shop. Pleasant polite staff. Ace shopping experience as ever from Ashbourne Homebase.

I purchased a Gracie Rattan sideboard which I had click and collect from the Ashbourne store. I was 3/4 of the way through building the sideboard when I realised the hinges were missing from the pack. When I called the store they said they are aware of the missing parts and that they forgot to give them to me. I live a half hour drive away so as you can imagine I’m not happy at all with the extra trip. There’s obviously been no communication between staff or I wouldn’t have to make this extra trip to finish off my sideboard!

Exceptionally pleasant and helpful staff at Ashbourne, the male employee who wheeled the trolley to our car and helped to lift heavy boxes into the boot deserves a special mention.

Very quick and efficient assembly of order - ready for collection well within half an hour of ordering.

The lady in the store was really helpful. She told me my goods would be ready in 10 minutes - and they were.

Had to go back to store as couldn't fit housing on my cordless strimmer. Turns out the screws were missing. TOM at desk sorted it and continued to put it together and checked it worked. Excellent customer service and a credit to Homebase

I drive over 20 miles each way to use this store. I find it is very well stocked, good quality items but what sets it apart, in my view and from my experience is the staff. On every occasion I find staff to be charming, helpful and always pleasant.

Having visited a lot recently in order to complete a renovation project we have found that, without exception, every member of staff on our numerous visits, has been extremely helpful, polite and cheerful.

It was very straightforward to order. It was ready to collect the following the day. I am very pleased with the service.

The assistant who served me was rather uninterested and couldn't wait to hand the order over. Asked if I was heavy and was answered not really, went out to get a trolley due to size and weight.

The staff at Homebase in Ashbourne were fantastic. A lovely young man carried my items to my van and lifted them in for me. Nothing was too much trouble. I bought a gas barbecue with 20% off, Absolute bargain, as well as some nice outdoor pots and plants for my garden. Unfortunately when I came to unpack the barbecue today a part was damaged. I contacted Homebase and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The part was replaced straight away, no quibble. There’s some really good bargains to be had at Homebase at the moment.
