Staff very helpful when I needed to change my order. Items received very quickly

Ordering easy, prompt availability of product, collection quick and simple.

Staff, as usual, went above and beyond getting the item we ordered and put it into our car for us.

Very happy to find products using recycled materials, there should be a lot more. I ordered too many of the recycled rubber stepping stones but these were immediately refunded, allowing me to buy other items.

The women went above and beyond and phoned me before i picked it up which I feel she didn’t need to

This is not a store I visit very often. I wasn’t sure where the items were. The member of staff: 199733 was extremely helpful. They went above and beyond with the help with face mask. Much appreciated.

Dave at the Alnwick branch was so helpful. I didn't have a clue which part was required to mend a hose pipe but Dave quickly saw I was needing help and came over to assist. He explained what I needed and how to fix it. This has saved me buying several bits and returning some. I now also know what to do. Thank you Dave!

I'm a disabled male pensioner and in a wheelchair and find it very difficult to access good which are on display above the third shelf up, it is very difficult to get the attention of any staff, i understand that everything cant be at ground level but it would be nice to have staff that can help when needed

After a few hours of surfing the Homebase website the night before looking for clearance bargains and other discounted product I received a phone call to collect my order but advise me that some items were in fact not available and then I wasted a trip to the shop to collect just a few of the low priced goods spending more on petrol than I saved on purchases !
As a business in a highly competitive market you need to get a more robust stock system if you are going to run a click and collect service. This is not the first I’ve I have been disappointed with what I end up with compared with what I ordered using Click and Collect service. Generally I am satisfied with Homebase for range, quality and discounted bargains but this area of business sadly lets you down.

Easy to order online. Husband picked up the order from our local Homebase later that day. He said the staff were courteous, professional, helpful and he had no problems at all collecting our order. Product is exactly as stated and even better than we expected. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again. Thanks Homebase !
