I purchased a $300 air cooler from here. It seems they were in high demand, so the package took a week to arrive. The product is great though.

I did not like a cooler I purchased. When I contacted them, they sent a return label and the product was returned. I received a refund in a few days after the package was mailed back.

They are a small business so the shipping is around a week. Other than that they provide great service.
