The order took awhile to get here, presumably because it was coming from China. The parts I needed to repair my HS360S were exactly what I needed and was able to install them myself.

Batteries never got out of customs in China. Wouldn’t refund purchase even at 5 weeks late and multiple emails telling me to be patient. Then told me to contact US postal service to change destination address from mine to their overseas warehouse and email back required proof of changes. I called USPS and they had no record of the package entering the system and suggested this was a highly suspicious response. I had to go to credit card company and file for refund. Terrible customer service.

The replacement left rear arm and propeller were reasonably priced. I’m glad the drone was low enough to survive the crash after the original propeller failed.
I had a local hobby shop do the soldering. My drone in back in the air after one a few weeks!

I'm the proud owner of the HS175D. Twice purchased. I'm a beginner pilot and the HS175D is right up my alley. For me I don't care what others say holy stone is where it's at. Keep up the good work holy stone
