We were recommended by our house builder to use Holmes and Hills for both our sale and purchase of our houses, we received an excellent service from them and they were extremely helpful and professional throughout, I would highly recommend them, and would not hesitate to use them again if needed.

I want to thank David Hill for his instruction on the purchase of my property and also the rest of the team. The team responded quickly to emails and made an effort to ensure I understood my role. Throughout the process I felt they were genuinely supportive and it shows as my communication with them was amicable.

Great communication, quick at responding, preferred using a solicitors nearby than a call centred based firm who you can rarely get in contact with.

I have used Holmes& Hills recently during the covid and for the Sale and purchase and then the resale . Not once during each process have i been disapointed with them .The purchase only took just over 5 weeks due to there diligense and helpfulness.There fees are also reasonable.
The staff are pleasant Helpfull and professional.
I will without hesitation use them again.
