Risposta di Hollywood Mirrors
HI Asha, I am sorry this is not true the photographic evidence you have provided is not one of our mirrors.
I have pointed out 8 significant design differences in the photographic evidence you have provided, comparing it to our mirrors.
Your claim has been one of the most fraudulent I have ever experienced in my 23 years as a retail owner.
You even have a guy with a hammer in one of the reflections of some broken glass that is not our mirror.
The design details are significant in the number of light bulbs shown, the size of the mirror and the bulb designs are different in all the images youv scraped from the internet.
1. Bulbs are different in each picture each picture is not one of our bulbs
2. The second picture shows more bulbs in a broken mirror than the one we sent you, so can't be our mirror if the bulb arrangement and actual size of the glass are significantly more than the mirror we sent you
3. In All the images the breakages don't match up. One looks like a hole smashed. hammer I can see in the reflection, the other image is a 6-foot piece of glass caved in these don't match and don't look like our mirrors as the glass we use is thick and toughened safety glass.
5. We have a copyrighted ring fitting around our bulbs the pictures you provided, there is no ring design.
6. We use our own delivery driver and van so it can be carefully handled the mirror you showed was caved in the driver would hear glass rattling around, but he hasn't.
7. One image shows the bulbs as fixed and not replaceable, We only sell mirrors where the bulbs can be replaced.
8. The electrical wiring shown behind the broken glass is completely different to our design it's not even the same colour wire we use or the same way we make our mirrors.
I have a 23-year track record of correcting any wrong or defective product and replacing it immediately, as I want all my customers to be happy. Still, I won't deal with a blatant fraudulent claim where the evidence given does not even match the mirror we sent you.
Kind regards Adam
I purchased the Olsen mirror a few…
I purchased the Olsen mirror a few years ago but the lights unfortunately stopped working. I contacted Adam who sent me out a new cable but this unfortunately didn't resolve the issue. The mirror was long out of warranty but Adam organised a replacement for me with a hefty goodwill discount applied. His communication was excellent and I will definitely buy off the site again and be recommending to friends.
Thanks Adam, excellent customer service!!

My Hollywood mirror is great
My Hollywood mirror has totally transformed my make up routine every day. The crystal pro 360 mirror has so many features that makes getting ready so easy. My favourite feature is the different light settings because it suits any time of day and mood I’m in. The high quality and durability of this mirror also makes it a great gift for any occasion. I could never go back to a standard mirror now!

Awful customer service
The mirror I purchased for my daughters birthday arrived in pieces when I contact them Adam clearly didn’t give a damn and just said he’d arrange another to be sent. No collection of the broken mirror, no discount for me having to go out of my way to take it to the tip, when I said this was costing me more he said get a scrap man. Awful service I’d advise not to order from them.
You say your delivery driver won’t take broken glass but you told me to leave it out in the street for the scrap man that I don’t have! Also I didn’t want or need a travel mirror

Hi Katie, thank you very much for your order. I do apologise for the original mirror to arrive damaged it is most unlucky as we have less than a 1% damage rate it is just bad luck.
I do apologise about the timing also fo your daughter's birthday we have sent out a replacement on a next-day delivery as soon as you reported the issue.
I have also sent a Travel mirror worth £48 as a gift and as a goodwill gesture for all the inconvenience caused.
Unfortunately, the courier won't collect broken glass, as it is dangerous for it to be in their network. So, I apologise for the inconvenience of having to dispose of the mirror.
We are a small family business and take all complaints seriously I apologised several times and wanted to put it right by offering free mirror.

A little disappointed
My light up make up portable mirror is lovely, but I’m a little disappointed that it’s the charge, the light doesn’t stay on for more than 15 minutes even after fully charged.

OLSEN MIRROR
I ordered the Olsen Mirror and love it. The mirror is fantastic quality, and looks great on my dressing table. I love the adjustable tri-colour bulbs, giving me the option to choose the light which works best in my room. And the 360 rotation is very handy when styling my hair.
Hollywood Mirrors were fantastic to order from. Delivery was quick, and the set-up of the mirror was very simple. When the mirror arrived I was pleased with how sturdy it was, and by how premium it is as a product. I will definitely order from them again. And recommend if you are looking for a Hollywood Mirror.
