Scammers. Please be aware. They took my money and then didn't give me any confirmation for nealry a week. It is only by calling them repeatedly and asking to put in a complaint that they eventually sent me some information but no atol certificate. Every single holiday I have ever booked comes with a atol certificate at the same time so now I am chasing this. Staff are all overseas and use names like Jessica and John and they use delay tactics like, I will call you back and never do. I will keep leaving comments until my issues are rectified and will be making a formal complaint.

Took my money for a holiday deal then said the deal is gone so pay more for another one..er nope.. then to top it of they won't stop the pending payment.. they said take it up with the airline which is amazing because they couldn't do the deal because the original deal had gone.. however if you pay more money we can find another deal .. and let's not forget 2 hours later they say oh that original deal IS now available so if you pay us we can get that for you... oh please... I really wish I'd of checked the reviews properly before chatting with Sam aka "Scam".. Stay away from this lot.. they will shatter your dreams..

Actually didn't want to give this company any stars but to wrote the review I had to.
After making a payment for a holiday I was told the hotel isn't available and they could offer something else. I explained my requirements needs ro be nesr the beach as my partner is recovering from cancer and canr walk far we need two room as my 16 year old daughter and her friend is traveling and can not sleep in wirh my partner. I was requested a spa as the original hotel had a spa. However the agent gave me a name of a hotel and stated ir had all of the above which is clearly didn't. As they didn't have a hotel that meet our requirements then I would want a different holiday or I would like a refund as this holiday was sold under false pretences. I was also told that it would cost me an extra £353 more which I could stretch to but once the paper work come through it was clear that another £240 had been added for admin fee. They wouldn't chage destination and or give me back my money. I'm gutted after saving my every penny to take away my partner who is recovery from cancer and my daughter who's been theought the year from hell and having to sit her gcses. I believed this was something nice for my family however I've lost £1150 unless I pay an extra £600 for a hotel which is not even worth the price they are charging and found the whole holiday for £500 cheaper than what they requested. All they did was lie and pretent they would make everything right except the robbed my money broke My heart and destroyed any happiness of going away with my family on a much needs break. Disgusted is a understatement robbing people just nasty

Avoid using this platform. Absolute scam from start to end.

They will constantly phone for extra money. Increased price from £850 to nearly £1800.

They will phone you constantly and claim they got bits wrong and then force payment Increases.

They refuse to refund my deposit, plus i paid extra which they wont refund.

Cheekytrips and holiday globe are in it together scamming people. Read online before using them. Its constantly Scamming people and cheeky trips will just claim its not them.

Needs to be stopped.

Bad company texted and emailed them to complain about our hotel in Tunis Tunisia never got a reply back from them. Hotel wasn't as stated in pictures. Nothing was working in the hotel bad experience. Never again disgusting hotel.

Jessica was very helpful, she took the time to listen to our requirements and was very patient in looking through all our options.

Jessica is a fantastic sales lady and is very professional. We will definitely use this company in the future.

Overcharged me £120 to guarantee a room with a balcony & sea view, guess what, on arrival at the hotel, EVERY ROOM HAD A BALCONY & SEA VIEW AS STANDARD. Charged me a further £36 Credit card charge (hidden away cost).Challenged them on my return, agreed in writing to refund my £120 in 5/7 working days, NOT WORTH THE PAPER IT IS WRITTEN ON. If you book a holiday with this bunch of THIEVES & LIARS you will regret it, pay a little extra and book with a reputable Company.

Stay clear of this company there only a scam I've sent several emails & calls regarding a problem they book me into basically a hostel were we couldn't stay had to look for alternative accommodation my self plz stay away from this company there a joke

Holiday globe such a bad company they use their friends to give them 5 stars reviews and relatives and they phone you back to change your review and they offer you compensation but you will never see that aswell, once you have paid say goodbye it's all your fault even if it's the agents fault good luck those who is going to book holiday with them, no such thing as all inclusive buch of clowns even the manager , don't get back to any emails or call backs have FUN PEOPLE LOSING MONEY ,GO WITH TUI OR JET2, AT LEAST YOU GET YOUR MONEY BACK OR TRIP ADVISOR, OR GO THROUGH BOOKING. Never use them I have a review on the other site. Scammers. We’re once global hoppers. They closed due to scamming!!

Called to book a holiday agreed a price then email me saying it’s £350 extra. Been ringing for past 3 days and been told lie upon lie . Very rude advisors . Definitely not recommended at all . Stay clear of this company and avoid at costs⛔️⛔️⛔️ I will have to ring bank to get my money back as don’t know how many more lies they have up their sleeve ⛔️⛔️

Hands down absolutely found me the best price. There was a very large event going on in Joseph Sofie that weekend that we were also attending and Flights significantly increased their rates. HolidayGlobes found me a more typical rate at a great flight.

Was searching a flight to Maine, got a ticket here after calling many travel agencies. Really appreciate their fast services.
