We apologise that we have not been able to supply you and your husband with your usual 100% Health Pack subscription recently. There has been an unexpected delay which has caused a knock-on effect to our ability to restock the product as quickly as we would have liked.
For this reason, we have offered customers a substitute bundle in pots instead, which provides you with double the amount of Brain Food and Age Antioxidants for the same price as the packs, by way of some compensation. However, we do understand that this format isn’t as convenient as the usual blister strip format.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused, and we will provide you with the packs as soon as we can. We really appreciate your understanding.

I have not received the supplements.
I have not received the supplements.
They arrived in Bradford around Wednesday, have been out for delivery and two delayed messages and one that noone was in.
I would like to know how I can get the delivery.

We’ve checked the tracking and can see that there was a delay with FedEx due to local delivery restrictions. We also understand that FedEx attempted to make a delivery prior to the bank holiday weekend, but unfortunately the delivery was unsuccessful.

great company great supplements only problem was that my delivery was delivered by post office and had been in the vehicle for a long time my package was quite warm to the touch i was worried that it was a fish oil supplement it could be perishable .
