Great service - Ordered a top which wasn't as expected so exchanged for one which cost more. Easy to organise on the website, good communication via email - and they didn't charge us for the difference - thanks again.

My shoes arrived and weren't matching
My shoes arrived and weren't matching. I was happy to keep them but with a discount. The shop offered me 5 off of the 40 I'd spent purchasing them. This was almost the cost of the delivery - not a suitable discount considering I received half my order. When I asked for a swap for the shoes I wanted they said they were suddenly out of stock? So 3 weeks later I still don't have shoes and I've had this hassle. Would not recommend purchasing from here!

Please read the terms and conditions BEFORE placing your order with this company. They rarely stock items and the terms say this which, unfortunately, I missed before I placed my order for some indoor hockey leg guard covers. It would have been quicker to order them directly from OBO in New Zealand!!
I wrote an email to ask when it would be despatched which was ignored. It wouldn’t have been so bad if I had received a response with an approximate date but to receive no response whatsoever is why I scored them a 1 star.

I have looked into your order and I sincerely apologise for the delay with getting your order processed and dispatched.
We do aim to hold all of the items that are listed on our website in stock but from time to time, we do run out of some items, particularly those that are providing very popular. We have one of the biggest stock holdings of any online Hockey Equipment Retailer, but we have to be very predictive with our stock levels and occasionally we do get it wrong. However, we are constantly working to try and improve this, and your feedback has been taken on board.
Unfortunately, we ran out of the item you ordered and were waiting for our next delivery to arrive from the supplier. This delivery took much longer than we anticipated. I am sorry that you were not proactively contacted by a member of our customer service team to inform you that your order would take a little longer than we would like to be processed and dispatched. This issue has been raised to the office manager to ascertain why your order slipped through the system without being flagged up as a delay and why you were not contacted.
I was alarmed to read that you had sent us an email and received no response, as all of our customer service emails are answered in the order they are received and we operate a "clear inbox" policy for the end of each week. I have searched our system for any emails from you and I cannot locate an email from yourself. I cannot account for why we did not receive this email and can only apologise that we did not receive it, and subsequently fail to provide you with an update on your order.
Again, I deeply apologise that you were not proactively informed of the delay with your order – it is never our intention for customers to be left waiting for great lengths of time for their orders to arrive. Your order information and complaint has been passed on to a manager.
I apologise for the inconvenience that has been caused.

I recently started playing hockey after a number of years, and needed a new stick. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me pick out perfect stick. The store also always offers very good discounts.

Pretty disappointed with returns system
Pretty disappointed that there is no real exchange policy and returning and re ordering ends up being very costly to the customer. Most other brands seem to do free returns or exchanges for another size/ product however here you have to return ( pay ) re order ( pay delivery again ). Which can end up adding up. Probably will avoid re ordering and instead just return and not use again. Disappointing since the products and service are otherwise good quality.
