Didn’t fancy risking delivery to door from experience of damage for other goods by post recently. So used hmv click and collect as was an LP gift. York store were very friendly and service great.

I ordered two lps
I ordered two lps. I know from your website they could be sent out separately.
I do think when you have sent out one you should send an email to say one has yet to be sent out.
There was nothing on my order to say this and with lots of orders going missing over Christmas, I was concerned that the second LP may have been stolen.
I like the fact you use Royal Mail as I feel they are the most reliable courier

Choose collect in store!
Ordered this record from nice guy in shop as they did not have it. Offered to collect in store or free home delivery. Chose home delivery. This was on the 27 November and I finally got it from Royal Mail on 12 December!

The staff at HMV in York were very friendly and answered all our questions. We were worried about how to get our purchase home on the train, the staff were so helpful, and arranged for it to be delivered. Very impressed, great customer service.

Unable to pick up
Unable to pick up, so I gave my brother permission but he isn’t allowed to, likely won’t be able to collect my package before 2 weeks
