Website and faulty product
Website constantly kicks you off trying to look or buy anything and my record came and skips so is faulty with no access to customer service

Very prompt.
The dvd I ordered came very quick and being kept informed all the time and most of all the staff in the worthing branch are very helpful, especially a man with long curly hair and glasses always very helpful thanks.

Very efficient and professional service
Very efficient and professional from making my order online to receipt of the product. The whole process was very quick and the member of staff at HMV's Worthing store was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
