Excellent service
The shop assistant was very helpful. He looked up a CD I wanted and couldn't find in the shop and arranged for it to be posted to my home address.

I went into the store but couldn't find what I was looking for I asked and they told me they don't have it in stock and if I would like order it in so I did and received it in a few days

Great staff let down by silly systems.
A new cd would not play so I had to order a replacement. So this means it wasn’t a 5 but the staff were very helpful and good at their jobs but sadly restricted by hassly systems….. they had to issue a refund on a gift card and then use that to purchase the new one. What a waste of time and plastic!!!

Any delays in delivery were by Royal Mail not HMV, but overall I was kept informed of progress by both parties and my deliveries arrived as promised.

Website and faulty product
Website constantly kicks you off trying to look or buy anything and my record came and skips so is faulty with no access to customer service
