Excellent Staff!
All three of the staff I spoke to in store were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and good humoured. Professional and human about it. As was the bloke on the phone at main branch. Stuff ordered was transported very quickly from another shop to Watford. Extremely happy HMV is back at close range! Great team.

so the lady i sore was o.k.but was not intrested in what i was after,i was o.k. with the sevice but it was not as good as larst time i came over.
