Delivery time
We were given a giftcard for £100 and were suprised it couldn't be used online. Ordered in store and was told it would take "a few days" Two weeks later still nothing, and no contact, staff in store disinterested.

Check before leaving store
Ordered fleetwood mac rumours as none in the store asked if I wanted the limited addition red vinyl I specifically asked if it was the Rumours album she said it was, collected it when I got home completely diffrent album ended up ordering it from Amerzon.

The lady who served me gave exceptional customer service. She was so amazing at helping me with my order, which was not available on the shelves and helped me enormously to get the DVD Triology I wanted for my husband's birthday present. HMV Warrington were brilliant.

Noise
I went into the store as it opened to look for a blu ray movie sadly it was in stock a staff member checked for me the store was nice and quiet then as I tried to speak to a member of staff the music started how you supposed to hold a conversation when you can't even hear your own voice never mind anyone elses couldn't wait to get out the shop

Great service …
Served in the Warrington store really quickly and staff were lovely and polite.
Taken 1 star away not because of the service in store it was due to not being able to purchase the gift card online

Kindness and efficiency
The man who served me happily ordered the DVD in for me to collect at a later date and he was efficient and friendly. The DVD only took 2 or 3 days to arrive in store for me to collect too.

I have not recieved an email of delivery to shop…
I have not recieved an email about my order .I think it was 1/2 /24 I order it. Have been in shop twice to see if its there. But they tell me I have to have a email from yous to say it been divered to shop.
