The staff member who took my order in…
The staff member who took my order in HMV lakeside was really helpful and gave good service, how I had to wait a week for my order to be sent to Chelmsford HMV! Not lakesides problem, but I think HMV needs to speed up its delivery to stay ahead of the competition!

Quick, Easy and Friendly Service Everytime..
Second time I’ve used the pre order service. Very easy went to Lakeside store, staff member very friendly and nice and quick was in the store less than a few minutes which was perfect for me as I was on my lunchbreak. Would definitely use again 👍🏽

Easy to purchase from and great staff at Thurrock HMV.
Louis was pleasant in handing over my click and collect order of LPs. He was efficient in getting my package and ensured it everything was in order and he was giving it to the correct person.
I had been in the store before placing my online order, the staff are knowledgable and helpful. They searched for LP availabilities, saving me time scouring for artists who don't have LPs.

The assistant was very helpful
The assistant was very helpful. I had looked through the albums of the artist I was looking for. Didn't see the title I was looking for. I went to the counter and spoke to the assistant about the album I was looking for. He said that he would check their system to see if they had it. They didn't have it in store but explained that they could order it on line. He explained that the postage would be free. I received emails all the way through the process. It took less than a week to arrive

Once I had ordered my item I was kept informed of its progress by email. It was very easy to order and so convenient to pick up in store.
