Staff are always helpful and polite, the store is clean and products are well laid out so disabled people find the shopping experience excellent.

Sunderland HMV has fab staff who are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. A great store that is well stocked but if your item isn't in stock a member of staff will get it ordered for you.

Appalling. Ordered Sam Fender Deluxe People Watching CD. Told it had been delivered. Still hasn't. They take money ery promptly, however...not good enough.
