Amazing service at HMV Stockport! I went to Stockport on 22nd December and didn’t yet receive a notification that my items were ready, I went in on the off chance to check if they had arrived as I was in Stockport, I think her name was Sarah! I lost my card I’m sorry! - she went out of her way to check if they had arrived, routing through a big delivery when she could have just said it hasn’t arrived yet- and thankfully they had arrived! And saved me coming down the following day, she was so friendly and I really appreciated all of the help! Thank you!

In store? Staff are great, friendly and super helpful, everything is easy to find and far too easy to buy (I've loved you since I was a child), and I do enjoy coming in. So does my daughter.
Online, everything is easy to find and delivery is super quick. Many many thank yous.
HMV Stockport is a must though when we're in town.

We didnt have to wait long for our purchase. We were kept informed on when they would arrive. It was easy to order our purchases.

Great in-store experience, very friendly and helpful staff. One of the items I wanted was out of stock and the staff member ordered it for me for delivery in-store, I was kept up to date with the order and I had no problem picking it up.

Bought the album in the Deal50 sale which was a bargain. Some HMV prices are high but often the pulsed offers are worth watching out for. The vinyl was dispatched to store within days and regular email updates were sent. This was free and collection was simple, just remember photo id! Have bought before and will do again definitely…

product said it would be dispatched within 24 hours in the email, but it took about a week and didn't arrive in time for a birthday. wouldn't recommend their online service if you're on a time limit

Somebody had started queuing the wrong way, but we didn't know, so we all followed behind. Rather than the member of staff explaining where the queue was she started shouting at us, was extremely patronising and rude. Then started doing a mocking laughter. I'm not very good at typing in emails either for receipts, but she rushed me, was tutting under her breath and made me feel stupid. This has never happened in this store before, I always give 5 star, but this blonde lady with glasses on the bottom tills was terrible and the worst representation of your company.

The sales gentleman went out of his way in helping me. Very polite and courteous. Credit to your company

The assistant in the Stockport shop was extremely helpful: she found the CD online and ordered it for me, which was greatly appreciated and we didn't have to wait long for it to arrive.

So happy to find what I was looking for, for my grandson. Good price and delivered to a convenient store. Staff were lovely too. Great service

Ordered CD online for click and collect.

Got the CD I was after online shop and did click and collect to my nearest HMV store . It took about 2 days to be delivered there and I got a message to pick it up. All good I also picked up another cd from the store while I was there.
