Great service
Great service, although was a little concerned when the majority of the order turned up and the specific dvd I wanted was not with them. It arrived later.

Great click/collect, inaccurate item description
Ordererd new Rolling Stones vinyl online. It was very efficient via click & collect. Reason for only giving 4 * was due to vinyl being wrongly advertised as PURPLE vinyl, causing a lot of confusion. They were selling it on Fuscia vinyl. When I arrived at the shop to collect, I queried the colour discrepancy and was told that fuscia and purple were the same colour anyway!!! Really HMV?? Anyway, my partner didn't care and was happy.

The staff were really helpful, I could have spent all day looking for the item I wanted but the person who helped me knew exactly where to look and found the item in 2 minutes it was really nice .

HMV What a Store, Amazing
Bought CD for mum. Amazon failed to deliver so went to HMV in Stockport instead. Didn’t realise HMV were still in Stockport. What a store, it is packed full of cd’s, vinyl, books, games, t-shirts. Will definitely use them again.
