Excellent, friendly personal attention and assistance in HMV's Stirling store. I was after a new stylus for my record player - not in stock but Shirley ordered it. That was Saturday afternoon - received by post on the Tuesday. Probably the best £16.99 + P&P I've ever spent. Thank you!

Ordering was easy and item well packaged
Ordering was easy and item arrived very well packed. Staff were friendly and helpful when I collected and I didn't have to wait long.
Chose 4*s as delivery to store took a week and I thought it would be a little quicker.
