Excellent Southend store
The Southend store staff are friendly and efficient. The home delivery service is excellent, ordered and delivered in 3 days. Very happy.

Southend,as the staff are very knowledgeable about their stock,I visited about a week ago, enquiring about a mature
“Country and Western” artist for 38years named Alan Jackson,they suggested the
Greatest Hits Collection,it
Arrived in 3days,I wouldn’t shop anywhere else,for Vinals,their customer service is second to none.

Thank you Southend HMV…
The ladies and gents of HMV Southend have always been very helpful and they have impressive knowledge of their range of dvds, blu rays and music.
A female member of staff searched the stock room on two occasions to find missing blu rays and also Pokemon tamagotchis for my daughter.
The manager Sheah and the sales team are always friendly and my weekly visits to Southend HMV store is the main reason I visit Southend High Street.

I received a scratched jumpy copy of In A Silent Way. I phoned the call centre who were excellent (Dean) who arranged to get a copy to Southend-on-Sea branch. Went to branch and it was there brilliantly handled
