Easy to order, item readily available to collect at the store, the staff found the item quickly and gave it to me.

People working there are so friendly…
People working there are so friendly and helpful to me i always find something i like. Often buy at least 4 cds from the Nuneaton store

Staff were really helpful when I called in to check vinyl availability. Ordered me the album to collect from store on the day of release. Order went through smoothly and album was available on the specified day - one very happy daughter!

Recent vinyl purchase from hmv
I recently had a birthday and treated myself to a James Marriott vinyl which they had for an amazing price and the staff were amazing and so helpful and honestly give some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced
