Friendly staff. Order arrived quicker than expected and was a really good price so will order again through them. So good that HMV is still on the high street.

Had an email to say it was ready. Assistant in shop was friendly and helpful. She asked for identification which was great. No problems at all. Would recommend this store.

Very helpful shop assistant in HMV Hastings…
The shop assistant in HMV Hastings branch could not have been more hepful. She identified the exact item that I was looking for and arranged for the item to be ordered and delivered to the Eastbourne branch. It was ready for me to collect within three days.

I like your stores because there are real people not robots in them.i like the Hastings store because the staff are all very helpful and always help me find what I like and want and don't treat me like an idiot because I'm old.The one thing I do not like is the way cd s are lumped together under artist and not category I.e.if I want symphonic rock or metal or folk as I like all sorts of music and my life is music where do I start,by talking to your lovely friendly staff

Love the click and collect that saves…
Love the click and collect that saves on postage for smaller value orders, plus I don't have to worry about being out when they try to deliver to our house which is difficult to find. Staff always vwry friendly at the Hastings store

Second to none
I’ve been known to call into the store with either one name or part of a title of a song! They are always up for the challenge and I always leave with the goods. Very friendly and super helpful to this 68 year old difficult woman 😃
