I ordered a CD and I received an email when it had arrived in the shop . As I was in town that same day I was able to pick it up straight away .

Store has a nice layout, sectioned and good signage so you're not aimlessly wandering around trying to find what you are after.

Very happy with HMV
I ordered the DVD box set in advance of the release date and ordering was quick and easy.
I got an email to say there had been a delay and I might not get the set on the original date that was stated but then just before the day I received another email to say the DVD would be available to collect on the original day promised.
Excellent service!! Good communication. I'm very happy with HMV.

You can find some fantastic bargains.
I've picked up some genuine bargains in the sale, and I love the 3 Albums for £55 deals. If they don't have the item you want in store they order them in for you. Great selection to choose from covering all genres.
