headphones order
i liked that could order and that that got updates. Did not like that the fact after order it was delayed for such a small item headphones to be a fact. Got email saying dispatched but never got a 3rd email to say it had arrived in store. Had to go in and find out myself. Staff did not really want to help much i made them look behind till in order box to see if arrived and it had got no sorry from them for the mis communication over all it arrived but dissapointed in the lack of customer services i got

Easy to order in store for collection. Ordered at the till and my order was ready to collect within 3 days. Easy collection from the downstairs collection point. Great service

Knowledgeable and friendly service.
I wanted to order a dvd of a pretty old film. The service from the staff member was excellent - knowledgeable and friendly. The experience was the same when I went to the store to collect the dvd.
