Even tho they were having technical problems with there checkout screens I still got my order really quickly and am very happy with how kind the they were to me

Great staff dundee hmv managed to order me 2 Metal cds I was looking for that were out of stock,they mansged to get me the last copies & and an Iron Maiden flag.Always helpful & friendly...Recommended shop

Not such a bargain …
3 times I had to return a faulty vinyl record each one skipping in the exact same place. My "bargain" 3 for £66 has ended costing me £5 in phone calls and £9 in parking fees so not really a bargain after all. Note of warning to anyone calling HMV. They do state its 7 pence a minute but what they don't tell you is there's an access fee of £2.50 first 😡

Friendly and informed staff who don't do high-pressure salesmanship, make sure you know exactly what you're buying, and will take as much time as is needed to help you get what you're looking for.

Great knowledge of products

The member of staff was very helpful when I went in to order 2 dvds I've ordered a few dvds now from HMV & had NO problems with the ordering or the staff. There is just one thing which is a bug bear of mine that is I'm 62 & the so called music is god awful & too loud other than that great shop fantastic staff..
