Never ordered items online before but the website was easy to navigate. I found what I was looking for fast, check out easy. The blue tooth record player is excellent value for money, going to be 1 happy face Christmas morning. Normally shop in store as staff are friendly and helpful but item not available so was advised to go to website

Easy listening and easy buying experience
I have bought several vinyl records from HMV either on line or in store and this is the only place I would buy my vinyl. I have bought 2 LPs from a well know on line giant and both stop part way through so Never using them again. HMV delivery on time and quality so no need to look elsewhere for my vinyl

My overall experience using HMV in Doncaster...
Went into the shop to order a product from the HMV website and to also get it delivered to the shop. The gentleman who dealt with me when placing the order and also when I picked the item up (had the same gentleman on both occasions) was great. Very friendly, chatty and knowledgeable. The item I ordered arrived quickly, was well packaged and I was given a two week window in which to pick it up. Based on my experience I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone the Doncaster branch of HMV...

Very efficient click and collect service
I was served promptly by a very friendly and helpful assistant. The DVD I had ordered online was in store awaiting collection. I had been informed of its progress via email. The assistant in store offered to help me to enter my email address, for which I was very grateful. I found the entire progress efficient and effective.
Previously, a very helpful assistant in HMV Meadowhall Sheffield had located the DVD which I had believed to be unavailable had placed my order online and asked me to select a branch from where to collect it free of charge. Altogether a very satisfactory shopping experience.

Online order to collect in store
Ordered a cd online to be collected in store … got email saying it had been shipped but then no email to say it had arrived at store , waited a few weeks and contacted HMV customer support who were ***fantastic***got a response within 24 hours explaining there was an error on their side in not sending the ‘your order is ready to collect email’ … hence my two star review… I will continue to use HMV online as this was probably a one off mistake, the customer service team would get a 5 star rating for their speedy response
