I look on the hmv site for music, go for the one type of music thats new, go from there, when not available in store one of the members order it for if possible. when in store look around my self.

I love the stock offering and the staff were really helpful and ordered online what they didn't carry.
My only problem was that they didn't get my delivery address right. I pointed this out in the store and then returned 5 minutes later when I looked at the order slip.
The guy at the till was busy and said he would correct it .
However emails showing delivery details still had the incorrect address.
I landed up having to go to the neighbouring farm to ask them to receive it for me.

Ordered CD’s which weren’t in stock
Ordered CD’s which weren’t in stock. Informed would take 3-5 working days - arrived in store for collection on different days but both within the 5 working days. Friendly and helpful customer service in store.

Great Combo of Store and Site
The ordering process was straightforward and had a low value to hit for free postage.
I also recently started using the site to see what was in stock at the Chester store which even helped me pickup films that were in the back of the store once I spoke to a staff member to fetch said items for me.
It works hand in hand with the shopping in person experience which is great.

CD wasn’t available in store, but assistant ordered on line for me and cd arrived on schedule, great service.

Great service, no drama
I bought a T-shirt at the Liverpool store as a gift, which turned out to be the wrong size. I returned it to the Chester store after Christmas. The correct size was not available but the staff member processed a refund, then ordered what I needed from the hmv website to be delivered directly to my giftee. No fuss, just super helpful. Thanks

Item delivered to store quickly.
I ordered an item to be delivered to the Chester store and it came swiftly. The staff were really helpful. I always find shopping in the Chester store a good experience.

Ordered a product; arrived in store 2 days later. Excellent service. The member of staff was very helpful in every way as I wasn't sure of the products name.
