The customer service was brilliant and I found them very helpful when I was looking for a certain CD, it wasn't in store but then I was told It could be ordered. The CD arrived within a few days

Exceptional Courteous Service
Over past week 2 visits to my local HMV the staff were exceptional sorted out my online purchase for collection and excellent customer service. Noticed that the stock of CD & Vinyl was extremely good.
