Steve at HMV, Bury was a real "treasure" when he ordered a copy of "The Count of Monte Cristo" for me. I am currently reading the book and want to watch the film after. I remember it being on TV back in the 80's with Richard Chamberlain. My friend recommended watching the Jim Caviezel/Guy Pearce/Richard Harris version as it's her favourite. So Steve kindly ordered that version for me. I've still not watched it yet as the book is really long....! 🤣🦹♂️📜💎🗼🎠⛵️

Five star experience
No complaints at any point. Ordering was simple, emails kept me informed throughout, store staff were excellent and was able to collect my order with minimum fuss. Also the cost to me was no more than buying online and I would much rather purchase from a bricks and mortar establishment, Amazon couldn't deliver the same pre-order until March.

Buy in store rather than pre order
Why am I treated like second class customer when I pre order a CD. The CD I ordered has only just been despatched on release day so having to wait 4 days longer when it is already available in store. I was expecting it to be available on the day it was available in your store.

Unfortunately as stock for online purchases is a different delivery to stock in stores there can be occasions where delays occur when receiving our online stock and therefore your order was processed later than expected. Apologies for any disappointment, we will always do our utmost to keep customers updated regarding any delays of this nature and should customers instead wish to purchase in store as a result of this we can certainly honour this as such.

Blu ray Birthday pre order
Purchased a pre order for my brother.It was delivered just in time for his birthday to enjoy.Brilliant service, fast delivery and messages letting me know purchase was on the way and delivery was perfect with the royal mail tracking system.I would definitely use the service again.👍

Dvds delivery
Went too the Hmv store too look for dvds but none was on display so i asked the assistant about them.He looked on screen and could be ordered for delivery to home address if wanted,so i said yes please,got updates has and when they would be delivered and i would give them 100% satisfaction
