A Good Experience
Shelves were well stocked. Staff were polite and helpful. I ordered an album for collection that wasn't in stock and had it received in good time. I have no complaints.

Service, as always, was excellent. I’ve never been served by Lou before, but she seems to be continuing HMV’s fine tradition of customer service and attention to detail. Another satisfied customer 🙂

Pleased with a cd the last in stock in my store, "1942" which I noticed when I got it home, had some minor damage which probably would be okay to most people. I guess this is no longer popular item but your staff arranged to get a new replacement and contacted me when it was ready to pick up.

Get your delivery was quick. Staff in store very helpful. Just a shame the shop didn’t have what I wanted in store as had to make two trips.

Poor service !
Placed order on 29th november £185 for click and collect at burton on trent shop . Items were dispatched on 1st December then I heard nothing else for just over a week. Called the shop 6th December no one answered ! . Emailed customer services who took 2 days to reply ! Only to be told my items hadn't been checked in at the shop for collection. Very poor service all around.

Ordered the wrong thing online for…
Ordered the wrong thing online for click and collect. Went in to get an immediate refund on collection and was told that’s not possible. You can either exchange or have a gift voucher unless you start filling in forms to do so. Absolutely ridiculous, will never be buying from there again.
