Competition reduce price
HMV sometimes have better deals than Amazon, even if prices are the same it's important we support businesses other than Amazon, it doesn't take much.

Excellent staff at Bromley store.
I came into the bromley shop to click and collect but also wanted a few more Lps. The young assistant was very helpful when I couldn't find some albums I was after.

It’s was ordered and dispatched on time but not received on time. Too
It’s was ordered and dispatched on time. Unfortunately Royal Mail lost the package. Did not arrive on the said date it was scheduled for. Having given an alternative date still did not arrive. Item arrived 2 days later. Too late to gift and too late to get album cover signed by artist.

Please note that our standard delivery time is 2-5 working days and due to the Bank Holiday Monday the latest arrival date expected would have been the 31st. We can see this is when this arrived and therefore this was within the expected timescale.

This review should have been 5 stars first time. Apologies for error. I had no problems with buying online at HMV. Confirmation Email sent immediately and was informative. Received item within 4 days with email setting out collection details. Item was very well packaged.

Sonic 3 dvd
Staff solved the problem with my click and collect order and quickly got on to head office to offer me a refund and then I bought the dvd again in store but did not have to pay twice as it was their error.
