I ordered a vinyl record for my daughters birthday online to pick up in store. All very efficient and staff were very friendly and polite cannot fault the service.

I love hmv bc they had escapades and that’s a huge W also I bought the hyperdrama vinyl for no reason (don’t have a vinyl player) but 🙏hyperdrama ok bye (pls restock discovery by dapu)

Helpfulness and Politeness
Helpfulness, polite and l felt l was being treated in manner that showed kindness towards me. As Andy took my order. He also took the time out to explain every thing including how the ordering system works and that emails would be sent to me of which l received three in all. I thanked him for his good service etc. Last Friday 16th of January l was able to go and collect the item from your Brighton Shop.
Though the shop is well laid out, I do find it hard to find my type of music at times Hymn Music is one and also English Folk Music and music from the past, which is more to my liking and also for this 66 year old person.

Very good at helping you find the CD that you want or DVD you need but very slow at getting them delivered before Christmas if they're christmas gifts very slow any other time of year perfect
