I pre ordered an album for the day of relise thinking it would be there on the day. It came a day late so I would of been better just buying it in store.

Item wasn't available in store but warehouse. Staff member was helpful, ordered it for collection. Order was ready for collection on expected date. No problems at all. Had a good experience.

The Man in the shop listened to my concerns as I'm not up on tech and he knew what the problem was and I'm now sorted (Bfd Broadway) also was after vinyl which the shop didn't have but again sorted me out thankyou
