As I would expect...no issues.
Attended an artist album release signing at Birmingham Bullring. It was super easy to collect my pre-order and queue up for the signing. Made another purchase after and the young female colleague on the till was very friendly. I did opt to buy a HMV tote bag as no other bags were available, which was another added expense. Another colleague I interacted with (bald man, in his late 30's/early 40's) was also very helpful.

Great price for a book I could not find…
Great price for a book I could not find available elsewhere, with easy ordering and quick dispatch for click and collect. Haven't shopped at HMV for years, to be honest, so I was surpised how much they have changed as a retailer, focussing more on memorabilia, toys, collectabiles and books, rather than conventional media.

Great store. Very helpful staff (b'ham)
They hadn't got the t shirt i wanted in store so the very helpful assistant ordered it online for me and i collected it a few days later.
They have some really good products and i usually end up buying something even when only having a look

Freezing cold venue which was uncomfortable to be in for such a long spell. The show and signing was great though.
