Great Pre-order expierence.
I have recently pre-ordered Beetlejuice Beetlejuice so I can have it ready for my brothers Christmas present, as soon as I receive the item, I was able to check if it passes the quality part as well. (It did)
So thanks to you, HMV, you made it easier for me to make Christmas shopping easier and less of a hassle, thanks.
And please note that I pre-ordered it online from the HMV website and they used Royal Mail to deliver the DVD.

First Class Service
Headphones were ordered on Sunday and they arrived less than 48 hours afterwards with free delivery. HMV provide a very good service which I would be happy to recommend to any prospective buyer.
