So pleased HMV have stores again
So pleased HMV have stores again, I visited the store at Bexleyheath and it was nice to flick through vinyls again. Unfortunately didn’t have the vinyl I was looking for so ordered it online, Easy to navigate website and order , fair price, smooth transaction , well packaged and delivered quickly. That being said I prefer the whole ambience of going to the store and flicking through vinyls. 5 stars

Great company value was ok some cds and…
Great company value was ok some cds and vinyl are quite expensive but overall ok my local branch staff are very helpful and friendly ed and Ben.

Obtaining a DVD set.
They obtained a DVD set for me from their central store. The staff were very helpful and I was kept informed of the progress. A very efficient and friendly service.
