Blu-ray for a birthday present.
I needed a Blu-ray for a birthday present and I saw online that another branch had it in stock, but not my local HMV. I went into my local branch at Bexleyheath and spoke to a very helpful assistant who looked up the Blu-ray to verify that the other branch had it, then put in a request for it to be sent to my local branch. This came in a few days and after receiving notification from my branch I went and collected it.

EPiC delivery
I didn't know release date of DVD - EPiC, went into the Bexleyheath shop and I spoke to Ed, who was very helpful. He checked, there was no release date, so ordered it for me, I have been updated about expected delivery date and I picked it up yesterday.

So pleased HMV have stores again
So pleased HMV have stores again, I visited the store at Bexleyheath and it was nice to flick through vinyls again. Unfortunately didn’t have the vinyl I was looking for so ordered it online, Easy to navigate website and order , fair price, smooth transaction , well packaged and delivered quickly. That being said I prefer the whole ambience of going to the store and flicking through vinyls. 5 stars
