Pre order disappointment…
I pre ordered this item on the 21st Feb and it arrived in store three days late on the 8th April,I had no email to say the delivery would be late and what made it worse was the item was on sale in the shop before my pre order arrived all in all very disappointing and I will probably never pre order again

I can see that your order was dispatched ahead of the release date as per standard practise, but I am sorry to see that there was a short delay with the courier. The staff in The Mall in Norwich are…
The staff in The Mall in Norwich are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. They have helped me locate the films or music I am looking for each time I have been in the shop which I appreciate.

Very helpful member of staff ( new to the job ) found my ordered item and handed it over with a big smile. It really makes a difference when you are on the receiving end of friendly service.
