Asked in store whether particular newly released boxset was available in the store, worker checked on her computer and told me it was not so I then purchased it online, taking 2-3 working days for delivery. On leaving store I saw boxset I had just ordered out on display! Asked to cancel my online order to purchase in store and told I could not.

Ordering online was quick and easy, kept well informed on orders progress was told up front of dispatch date all in all a great service from HMV.staff in store very courteous and helpful thoroughly recommend the service.

High street stores....Pointless!
What's the point of having shops when they aren't supplying proper stock? New blu ray just out last week and how many copies do they supply the Ayr store with...2! Meanwhile the shelves are filled with pointless crap that clearly isnt selling by the looks of it!

Ayr store -fantastic service
I’ve only had to use the Ayr store on 3 occasions and I must say that the staff are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. 10/10 experience on each occasion.
