The way they were packaged was shocking…
The way they were packaged was shocking and when I received them the corners were bent and these are a gift. I spent £66 and they arrived with Bentley corners. Packaging could be tons better.

Excellent customer support
I had ordered a Blu-ray from hmv (UK). Unfortunately, it was no longer in stock. hmv’s customer support team contacted me to let me know about the delay. I was immediately offered the option to cancel the order and receive a refund. However, as I was able to wait, I decided to keep the order as it was. HMV kept me informed promptly throughout the entire delivery delay process. Great customer service. The Blu-ray has arrived. Thank you!

Ich hatte bei hmv (UK) eine Blu-Ray bestellt. Leider war diese zwischenzeitlich nicht mehr am Lager vorrätig. Der Support von hmv kontaktierte mich und informierte mich über die Verzögerung. Mir wurde sofort angeboten, dass ich die Bestellung stornieren kann und das Geld zurückerhalte. Da ich aber warten konnte, habe ich es bei der laufenden Bestellung belassen. Über den gesamten Prozess der Lieferverzögerung wurde ich immer zeitnah von hmv informiert. Super Kundenservice. Blu-ray ist da. Danke!
