While I don't typically submit reviews, I feel that the purchase of these 'Historic Newspapers' is such a waste, it warrants a warning.
We recently purchased a 'Historical Newspaper' book for a family friend who was about to turn 80. I wish we had read more of the reviews prior, as the books are nearly illegible for my eye, much less an 80-year-old senior. Basically a reduced photocopy bound in a cheap cover.
I would rate less than a one, if possible.

This is the worst place you can buy from. I ordered my newspaper and it came in with a sticker on the title that when I try to peel off obviously it rips the fine newspaper and so I email them and they try to give me a replacement but I have to pay shipment? Which is absurd amount keep in mind. So I get my replacement and lord and behold there is a big ol sticker right in the same exact spot! Can’t take it off with out ripping the title off. I email them and now they say they can give me a 15% refund for my original order like that covers anything and won’t give me a full refund. This place is seriously the worst do not order from here.

I ordered a historic newspaper from 71 years ago. I expected the newspaper of course to be worn looking and fragile, however, I did not expect it to be patched together with scotch tape in places as well as have a slash though the middle of half the pages. I would have at least expected those flaws to be communicated before purchase based on how much I paid for this newspaper (more than $80 with shipping).

The shipping was timely and I did receive the correct newspaper I ordered. I feel it was over priced based on the condition of the newspaper.

Paid for both of my items to be in a gift box and one showed up without. Have tried to email 3 times about the issue and their server is rejecting my email. Would like my refund, but clearly not going to get it. Will never order again

I originally submitted a review with a lower score because I did not receive the gift box with the paper. I paid for both the paper and box and provided all pertinent information but they still required that I send them a picture of my shipping label. It took too long and some confusing emails to straighten out but now I have the gift box and it's very nice. Overall, I think a 4 is a fair score.

Horrible quality. Lacks substance. Infuriating customer service.

Amazing gift!

The fact that true authentic newspapers are still available is truly amazing! I bought this for a 40th birthday gift for a dude who appreciates history and will love this special gift.

I ordered one for my husband who was born in 1954. The book didn't include any special headlines. It didn't even include the first moon walk. Seemed like random pages.

Good selection of original/ vintage newspapers. Very fast and efficient delivery, with excellent delivery tracking. I have already used this website several times.

Great service

Ordered front page of every Newspaper since 1954 as 70th birthday present. Arrived within two days but was a box with only one newspaper instead of a leather book with 70 front pages of Scotsman.

Paid £61.38 for this special gift and am very disappointing with the product sent to me.

This was a unique and perfect gift for someone turning 80. The paper came in a nice "keepsake" box with a certificate of authenticity.

Sadly, I ordered and received the wrong paper. All was corrected and refunded. I ordered it again and have a great gift.

Wow, what a beautiful book! And it shipped so quickly, too! My dad is having his 70th birthday soon and I was having trouble deciding something to get him ...he loves history and dates, so when I stumbled on this, it was perfect! The binding, the name embossed, the personalized page, everything looked great! I am really excited to gift this to him, thank you!

It is a great idea to use old newspapers! Unfortunately, print is small and crammed onto one page and it is barely readable. Quality could be better.

Insensitive email responses, shiwed up damaged and crappy product.

UPS lost the package. I’m still waiting to hear from them after the investigation. So I still haven’t got my money back and of course haven’t received any updates or info about the investigation
