Worst RPO company I have ever worked for. New VP of Client Success means she's cleaning house and bringing in family and old employees from other companies.
A requirement of 70+ hours per week paid for 40. Overtime? What's that?
Lack of communication from the management team.
Restructuring every few years. Hopefully, the owner will understand all the people he's hired that have sunk his company all came from the same companies. There is a reason they aren't at the past companies.
