Customer service was very poor
Customer service was very poor, waited over 3 hours for my car. Came on a 2 hour train journey never again just wanted my car was on the verge of collapsing Rehan, was helping me through out the whole process & reassured me that this will get sorted & also offered to order me food after getting emotional.

I have had a very good experience of buying a car through Hippo. From the enquiry through to reaching Matthew Knowles on the process in sales on purchasing and then receiving the car this morning from Nick. Great communication throughout, I would highly recommend this company. To be honest a breath of fresh on customer service when buying the car. Alan was a mint lad
Alan was a mint lad, he had a little issue with traffic so was delayed a little. He let me know inadvance and was well informed on my vehicle. Cannot fault this company, from start to finish it was an absolute breeze.

I have recently had a turbo boost issue…
I have recently had a turbo boost issue which has been rectified through the warranty however the fault hasn't changed and is now worse than ever.
I have requested for a refund but they are refusing to reply to me.
I am now having to seek legal action against hippo motor group.
To add i have since reported the company to Trading Standards as I am currently left unable to drive the car and am still paying for finance
I have a son who I need to use the car to drop him off and pick him up from his mums and also for getting to work and am unable to do so

Amazing experience
Amazing experience with Bailey D, and Matt C in Baileys absence. Great from start to finish from choosing the car to picking it up. Communication between the colleagues is great so they are all able to answer questions. Would recommend.

First car buying experience with Hippo, overall is has been a very easy process. Thomas did bend over backwards for us in finding the right car at the right price. Had a location change to collect the vehicle but Matt in Peterborough was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with.
