Having just purchased the Technics Ottava SC-C70 All In One System I just wanted to say it was a pleasure dealing with the Hi-Fi Corner in Edinburgh.

Both John and Tony were very helpful and knowledgeable about the product which I ordered late on Saturday. It was then dispatched on Monday morning and I received it the next day.

The system sounds great (as was the price compared to elsewhere) and I would definitely recommend the Hi-Fi Corner to anyone looking for expert advice.

I called Hificorner to discuss purchasing a Naim mu-so. The person I spoke to (Paul B) was very helpful and knowledgeable and I ordered it and it was delivered the next day. So far, so good.
Unfortunately, no fault of Hificorner, the package was quite badly damaged and the unit had a high pitched buzz, coming from one of the drivers. I called them up and spoke to John Douglas, who couldn't have been more helpful. He instantly arranged a replacement and I should receive it 2 days after making the call. I would recommend Hificorner to anyone who is serious about their hifi. Excellent customer service.

Received excellent customer service from HiFi Corner, Falkirk, this week when purchasing a pair of high-end Grado headphones by mail order. Paul, who offered a very good price for my part-exchange, was very knowledgeable and helpful, all the while keeping me informed throughout the process by telephone and email. Highly recommended!

I went to Hifi Corner in Falkirk to get my Quad sound system working again. It had been in boxes for years. Armin dealt with me and he went above and beyond. His knowledge is outstanding and he talked me through everything.
The system was serviced and new speaker cables, power cables were made. Armin gave me the information I needed and left me to make up my mind. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me and I felt really comfortable dealing with him.
I will go back to Hifi Corner for all of my future needs.

Scoured the UK for a hifi dealer who could sell me an expensive unit at a competitive price. Hifi corner did that and more. Best price I could find. Loads of advice as required. First rate service and next day delivery free, as promised. Nice people, knowledgeable too. Don't look any further give them a call.

Fantastic customer service, answered all my many questions before during and more importantly after my home cinema equipment purchase. Helped with technical issues I had and advised how best to get the most from my home cinema equipment. Can't praise them high enough and they have my repeat custom which is what great customer service is all about. Price wise they more then compete too with the competition.

I discovered hi-fi corner via the internet when looking to purchase new speakers. I subsequently spoke to both Struan and Kenny- and was given both expert advice, and excellent customer service when I purchased a new pair of speakers from them. I had spent months looking at prices and they are very competitive.
Couldn't recommend them more highly.

I have been using HiFi Corner & The Movie Rooms for the last few years and don't think I have had a better level of service for anything I've ever purchased before or since. Nick, Dan, Paul and the other staff could not be more welcoming and happy to discuss your thoughts and requirements to meet your needs. Amazing Service!

I can only echo the other reviews - just purchased some PMC speakers from Hificorner and from start to finish the service from Nick & Krishma was nothing less than excellent.

The speakers arrived the day after I ordered them (I live the other end of the country to Edinburgh!) and have just hastily unpacked and set them up.
They both look and sound incredible – I’m sitting here playing familiar tunes that I’ve never heard like this and grinning like an idiot.

Krishma was friendly and helpful regarding delivery and Nick has offered invaluable advice regarding setup to get the best from my new speakers.
Would definitely recommend without hesitation - top marks guys!

I recently upgraded my hi-fi, and after settling on my choice, I phoned and emailed pretty much every dealer I could find online, and even a few in Holland and Germany. I was told unanimously that the product I was looking for was scarce, and difficult to track down. Eventually I found Nick, who not only sourced the product without any delay, but offered me a price that was so competitive, none of the other dealers could hope to come even close ... in fact, they were all miles away!

Nick was helpful and courteous throughout, as was Krishma; they both made the whole process very smooth and worry-free. I will go directly to Nick for any future purchases and advice, and I wholeheartedly recommend him and the service he provides.

I enjoy listening to high-end HiFi and wanted to purchase PMC speakers to upgrade my system. I was introduced to HiFi Corner and was assisted by Nick. I was very impressed by his knowledge and his colleagues. We talked about speakers, my system (Naim) and he made recommendations, including PMC. Agreeing it was a good match i agreed to buy.
Nick was professional, eager to help, and made purchasing easy, and he and Krishma organised all the finance. They did everything. All i had to do was be home and unpack.
I highly recommend Nick and HiFi Corner should you choose to make a quality purchase.

Nick and his team have provided us with exceptional after sales service following the purchase of a loewe connect TV. Unfortunately the TV developed a major fault not long after purchase but Nick took all the necessary actions to have the issue resolved including providing a replacement TV for the duration of the repair. Following that Nick also provided instant telephone support to help us resolve a number of relatively minor issues which we have had with the same TV.

I have bought several items from Homesound and HiFi Corner, and I will keep doing so. Nick is knowledgable and helpful when choosing equipment and his after sales service is first class. Krishma, Nicks assistant, is also very helpful and keeps you in the picture when waiting on something to arrive. A really great company to do business with, nothing is too much trouble, prices are reasonable, a source of expert knowledge and the best after sales service I've ever come across in a hobby spanning over 40 years! What more would anyone want when choosing/buying HiFi.

With online shopping dominating our shopping experience I’m still a bit of a stickler for listening to and looking at AV equipment so it’s great to be able to walk into a shop and still hear and see top quality equipment.

Visited HIFI corner in Edinburgh whilst on a weekend break in November. The company was recommended by a very good friend who has bought several items over the tears from this shop. I was asked what I wanted and then a demonstration was given. There was no high pressure sales just knowledgeable, friendly professional advice. I was given a price and left without purchasing anything. After having a look and listen to other equipment at other companies in the Newcastle I went back to HiFI corner to purchase my new HIFI. I purchased an amplifier, turntable, Sonos connect (to allow multi room streaming) speaker cable and and album cleaner. Delivers when stated and follow up all to see that everything was working and set up was ok. Excellent service and great price. I believe it says how good service and price were when you travel from Newcastle to Edinburgh to buy a HIFI. Highly recommended.
