Lovely experience would highly recommend

Ben was extremely thorough when examining my hearing.He explained how the hearing aids worked very thoroughly.My only hopefully constructive criticism is with regard to the hearing aids which can be attached to your glasses which you advertise and attracted me to Hidden Hearing. Ben explained to me they would not be suitable to me and would be of very limited use to most people. If that is the case should you not make that clear when advertising that type of aid ?

I saw Mandy in paragon street, Hull. when I first went she detected a fungal infection in both of my ears so I had to go to doctors and get that cleared up. She puts you at your ease, she is lovely and has sorted my ears. I am very happy.

Found Mandy very helpful in describing, in layman’s terms, what was happening during the process.

My original appointment was scheduled in London, where I used to live, but in the intervening year I moved to Yorkshire. When I got the reminder for my appointment, I found extraordinarily simple to change the location, and was delighted to meet Ben, in the Hull Clinic. He was charming and delightful from the start, made me a great coffee, whilst I waited, not for long though. He took me through to the consulting room and was very articulate, knew what he was talking about, made me feel at ease, listened to my thoughts and suggested various tweaks without being patronising or assuming I’d want to make them. I found him engaging and engaged and would recommend him without hesitation.

I received several reminders as my appointment date drew near.
My wife and I were seen bang on time and we were immediately offered tea or coffee.
The actual review procedure was thorough and conducted in a very professional manner throughout with the audiologist listening to my concerns and offering advice, which I was pleased to accept.
The whole experience could not have been bettered for me and I left feeling that I had been a valued customer.

Just to clarify, I visited the Hull branch. I was greeted the first wax removal appointment as soon as I sat down to wait. I appreciated that a lot. The receptionist, I didn’t catch her name, was very funny and bright! We joked about me not getting my head round the butron to exit, then I pushed the wrong door that was a pull! Oops. She as lovely. Mandy the ‘ear specialist’? ,I don’t know if that’s their role! Greater me warmly and invited me in to the private room. She explained thoroughly and clearly the procedure. Throughout, we were talking she helped me feel safe and I felt straight away like I was in good care! She was very careful and gentle when either holding my ear or head. She could only get half of the wax out on the day so she kindly invited me back to another appointment 2 weeks later. Turns out the spray she gave me worked! I went this morning for my 2nd appointment to remove the wax, but I didn’t need any removing. 😊 what they give you really does work, don’t see that every day! I did tell Mandy I might block my ear again just to see her again, she’s so pretty and has a great smile I must say (Hi Mandy).
If I do have a problem I know where to go! It was £50, 2nd appointment free and it’s cheaper than the others! Will definitely be back if I have another problem.

Rang for a appointment for wax removal at hull branch got in the same day ,very professional from reception to having procedure done. Mandy took me through every step she was going to go through put me at ease and painless would highly recommend them ,will definitely use them again . Thanks Michael Taylor.

Friendly and professional. Unlike many GPs he gave me his full attention and advice. There was no rush so I felt relaxed. One couldn't ask for more.
