Went to appointment at the Babington Lane Derby branch this morning for annual checkup. As always, Theresa greets you as an old friend. Her charming friendly welcome and hospitality immediately puts one at ease. My appointment was started on time and my Audiologist Dee, efficiently ran through all my tests which thankfully indicated no further deterioration in my hearing. Her work is professional, efficient and friendly, accompanied by cheerful chatter and a genuine smile. There is never a rush with plenty of time to complete the appointment. I left happy, complete with my next appointment date, food for thought on the clearly explained potential upgrades, some filters, domes and batteries in addition to a cheery genuine farewell. Thanks to HH and especially my two lovely hearing angels!!!

5 stars all-round, I would highly recommend this audiology service to everyone who is considering a hearing test.

Very well-organised establishment, they did gave me a phone-call service to remind me of my appointment and patiently gave me directions on how to get there including the professional I am having the appointment with.

Highly professional and kind people, a special mention to the receptionist (who I didn't get the chance to ask her name for) and Dee, the audiologist who did a thorough assessment and explained the results very well.
