Welcomed into the practice by Sean who was extremely informative and helpful. The hearing assessment was very thorough and as a free service felt it was well worth the time to attend.
Sean has a very reassuring and competent approach, and is always very polite and helpful.

Shaun was excellent overall
Shaun was excellent overall. His demeanour was professional, highly experienced and above all totally honest.
I will recommend him and the Barnstaple Office to anyone needing similar hearing deficit advice.

Prompt service, easy booking online and Suzanne had a lovely, reassuring manner which helped me to feel calm and well cared for. She kept me informed about the process as it went along and I felt so much better after having ear wax removal - thank you so much.

Reassurance with a smile.
So thorough with personal check on hearing and an overhaul of my devices. A reassurance that no matter what the problem I was to call in at the office. I and my wife were delighted to get this reassurance.

Honesty with no pressure to buy
A very complete and well explained process by Shaun the Dispenser. There was no high pressure selling and the price includes future re-testing too. Sharon the Receptionist is helpful and Friendly, making the overall exercise, very pleasant.

I have been with Hidden Hearing in Barnstaple, Devon for two and a half years. I found everyone there extremely helpful and especially Shaun Samuels who has been wonderful, very thorough, obliging, and friendly. I cannot fault them.
